Change / Cancel of Order

Order being placed and confirmed, the farm will arrange to cut it and prepare for export. Change or cancel of order is not acceptable.

 

 

Returns:

Return is accepted for the quality issue only. A return must be made within 24 hours from the receiving time, with original un-opened packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initia

te a refund to your store credit account, within 24 hours.
